I've owned an Agfa D-Lab2 since 2004. When Agfa went out of business I wanted a company that could service the d-lab with parts and maintenance. I signed up with Elite Technical Service, and I have been extremely happy with their service. Elite Technical Service's phone support is excellent, most times they can solve the issue over the phone, but if not, they will always have a tech person at my lab the next day. If I have any problems with the hardware or software the techs from Elite Technical Service are here. They're knowledgeable, accessible and prompt. If my machine is down, they're here within 24 hrs - with parts - to get me up and running. Plus they come in and perform maintenance to keep the Lightjet operating at its peak level and to minimize down time. Good people!
